14-day right of withdrawal from delivery date (legal requirement)
Full refund when returned in unused condition with original packaging
Customer pays return shipping costs
Exchanges available subject to stock availability

4.2. For customers outside EU/EEA/UK:
14-day voluntary return period from delivery date

4.3. Personalized/Custom Products:
Right of withdrawal does NOT apply according to consumer law. Products can not be returned for refund or exchange.
